- 1/4 Art. plus another 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. l plus another 2 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided into several parts
- 600 gr large peeled shrimp (20–25 pieces)
- 110 gr. softened butter
- 2 lime juice
- About 10 cm slice of finely grated fresh ginger

Recipe preparation:
- Whisk in a bowl 1/4 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. l sesame seeds oils, lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic and 1/4 tbsp. vegetable oils. Add softened butter, mix until homogeneous consistency.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and mix. Put on hot grill and cook in one position for 1 to 2 minutes. so on each side, or until they reach full readiness.
