Grilled shrimps are very tasty, juicy, vibrant and fragrant. The sauce is filled with fresh tomato piquancy of onions and spicy sauce, as well as unusual taste fried lemon. Honey and olive oil give it a refined аромат. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. purified from shells and intestinal tracts of large shrimp
- 2 ripe cream tomatoes
- Sliced in rings, 1 cm wide, 1/2 large onion
- 1 lemon cut in half
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tsp worcester sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp. l table horseradish
- Hot sauce to taste

Recipe preparation:
- Light a grill or high speed grill over high heat. Lightly oil the grill rack.
- Put tomatoes, onions and lemon on a baking sheet. Lubricate 1 tbsp. l oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Put tomatoes, onions and grilled lemon, cut down. Fry for 6-8 minutes, until dark spots appear, turn tomatoes and onion slices over as necessary, so that they are evenly fried. Shift grilled vegetables and lemon on the same baking sheet on which they were earlier. Let cool for 5 minutes. Do not clean the grill.
- Grind tomatoes and onions in a blender with half juice fried lemon, Worcester sauce, honey, horseradish, spicy sauce and 1 Art. l oils. Grind until smooth tomato puree. Season 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Pour into a small serving bowl and set aside.
- Mix the shrimp with the remaining 1 tbsp. l oil and plenty sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes, until lightly fried spots on both sides will not appear until tender. Transfer the shrimp to a large dish and serve with sauce from baked tomatoes. Cut the remaining fried lemon into slices and serve shrimp at the edge.
