Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 700 gr. large peeled shrimp
- 2 tbsp. l breadcrumbs
- 1/4 s plus 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest plus 1 lemon, finely sliced
- 5 garlic cloves (1 grated, 4 minced)
- 2 tbsp. l grated parmesan cheese
- 250 gr frozen artichokes defrost
- 4 sprigs of fresh oregano
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 Art. finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tbsp. dry white wine

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. Mix breadcrumbs and 1 tsp. olive oil in a small pan over medium heat; stir fry until golden brown about 5 minutes Transfer to a small bowl and cool. Mix with lemon zest, garlic and cheese.
- Tear off 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil. Divide artichokes among the sheets. Sprinkle with salt and lay on top of twigs oregano and a few slices of lemon; add 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) butter per serving. Sprinkle the shrimp with salt, and put on top of lemon slices. Sprinkle the prawns with pepper cereal, parsley and garlic; sprinkle with wine and the remaining 1/4 Art. olive oil. Join the two opposite ends of the foil together and wrap twice. Fold and seal the remaining ends foil leaving a hole for steam to exit.
- Cook the prawns in grilled foil until cooked, about 10 min Carefully open the bags and sprinkle with a mixture of breadcrumbs crackers.
