Grilled prawns on skewers with mustard and dill dressing and olives yogurt sauce

Incredibly easy to make shrimp kebabs imagination on the shores of the Mediterranean in warmth and summer. Secret in combination of ingredients and sauce based on Greek yogurt and olives. Share with friends: Photo of Grilled prawns on skewers with mustard-dill dressing and yogurt sauce with olives Time: 20 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 – 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr (21-24 pcs.) Shrimp, peel and remove intestinal vein
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. l white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp. greek yogurt
  • 1/4 Art. pitted olives
  • 1 tbsp. l fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 lemon squeeze juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chop finely
  • 15 cm wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 min
  • Canola oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Strongly grill. String 3 shrimps on 2 skewers (so that they lie flat). Do the same with the remaining shrimp. Lubricate and season with paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until golden brown on both sides, so that the prawns are completely baked, about 1.5 min from each side.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, mustard, and dill, season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the prawns on dish and immediately pour mustard dressing.
  3. Combine yogurt, olives, oregano, lemon in a food processor juice and garlic, and beat until smooth. Season salt and pepper to taste. Serve the shrimp with the sauce.
