On a large sheet of foil, mix 700 g. small tubers potatoes, 3 crushed unpeeled cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. l olive oil and chopped rosemary, 1/2 tbsp. olives without seeds, wide strips of peel of 1 lemon, 1/2 tsp. coarse salt and a few pinches of black pepper. Fold all sides of the foil and pack tightly. Grill vegetables at high temperature, turning until potatoes are tender, 25 minutes. Sweet potato baked in foil.
