- 2 medium-sized zucchini, cut into longitudinal slices
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp. l fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat grill to medium temperature. Make couscous according to the instructions on the package. Mix yogurt, harissa sauce and 1 Art. l water, salt the sauce to taste.
- Put the pork tenderloin on a cutting board and make longitudinal incision, not cutting to the end of 12 mm., then reveal as a book. Cover with plastic wrap and beat off with a kitchen hammer or a heavy frying pan to a thickness of 1 cm. Remove the film. Mix in bowl 1 tbsp. l olive oil, garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste. Then grate pork on all sides.
- Stir zucchini with 1/2 tbsp. l olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper to taste. Grill zucchini for 3 minutes. with each side. Place on a cutting board and cut into slices.
