Grilled pork tacos and red cabbage

Red cabbage salad

  • 2 tbsp. slaw red cabbage
  • 1/4 Art. chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. l cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper chipotle
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped very thinly
  • 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 8 tsp low-fat sour cream
  • Lime wedges for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pork. In a large capacity, mix cilantro, lime juice, oil, chipotle powder, garlic and onions. Add the slices of pork and turn over to cover with spices. Preheat the grill to moderately high temperature.
