Fleshy ribs cut with loin, rubbed with seasoning, with beer wrapped in foil and languish in the low heat of the grill until the meat is tender. And then the ribs will need to be fried open on the grill, lubricating barbecue sauce so that they are crispy, for which everyone loves them so much. Mix aromatic beer liquid into the sauce, remaining after baking the ribs, and he will get a new unique taste.

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare the grill for frying over low heat.
- Remove the membranes from the rib layers. Rub both sides of the ribs seasoning for steak.
- Lay 1 layer of ribs on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Lift the sides up and pour half the beer. Seal the foil, leaving enough space in the package for steam, formed during frying. Repeat the same with the remaining ribs and beer. Fold the foil parcels on the grill and cook until the meat is tender, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Remove the parcels from the heat (leave the grill hot) and cool in within 5 minutes. Pour about 0.5 tbsp. liquids from the bundles in a small saucepan and stir in the barbecue sauce. Preheat pan to grilling.
- Serve the finished ribs in portions and grill, so that they are well browned on both sides, lubricating them with a mixture from barbecue sauce. Serve the ribs with the remaining sauce in separate bowl.
