Grilled pork neck with vegetables

Grilled pork neck pieces are very juicy and tasty if you pre-cook marinade from a mixture of mustard, caraway, thyme, pepper, garlic and vegetable oil and marinate the meat in this mixture for at least 2 hours. Grill neck fry with a vegetable side dish (zucchini, eggplant, pepper).

  1. Wash the pork neck and cut into thin pieces (1.5 cm.). AT bowl mix mustard, oil (10 tbsp), chopped garlic, paprika, chili pepper, caraway seeds, thyme, ground pepper and salt (1 tsp). Add the prepared pieces to a bowl with marinade, mix and massage the meat. Cover and cool the bowl for at least 2 hours.

  2. After 2 hours, pepper, zucchini, eggplant coarsely chopped, put in a bowl, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, salt, ground pepper, oil (3 tablespoons) and mix.

  3. In the grill we kindle the coals and let it burn a little. To the grate grill spread the pickled pieces of the neck, vegetables in spices and fry the meat for 10-12 minutes on each side, and vegetables until will become soft.

  4. Put the finished fragrant neck on plates, add fried vegetables, pickles and serve with fresh bread.
