  2. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Take prepared minced meat in small portions, put 1 cube of cheese inside and form balloons.

  3. Bake balls in flour and spread in hot oil (large quantity). Fry over medium heat on all sides until covered with a brown crust. To remove excess oil send on paper towels.

  4. Ready-made flavored meatballs with cheese served hot with a side dish or warm for a snack. If desired, the minced meat can be supplemented with chopped fresh herbs.
