- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- A pinch of finely grated orange peel

Spicy yogurt sauce with walnuts
- 1 tbsp. greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 Art. finely chopped fried walnuts

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Lubricate the drain with oil, sprinkle 1 tbsp. l honey and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and orange zest. Place plums on the grill with slices down and fry for 2 minutes or until golden and light caramelization. Flip over and fry until the plums warm up for another 1 minute. Put on each of the four plates 3 halves of the drain and pour on top a few tablespoons of spiced walnut yogurt sauce.
