- 220 gr hunting sausages
- 1 large red onion, sliced 0.5 cm thick.
- 2 large yellow sweet peppers, peeled and cut into 4 parts
- 2 large red bell peppers, peeled and cut into 4 parts
- Olive oil
- 1 serving of any 4-circle pizza dough 15 cm in diameter
- 220 gr grated fountain cheese
- 1 tbsp. sheep milk ricotta
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 tbsp. l chopped oregano
Vinaigrette dressing with basil
- 0.5 tbsp. fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 Art. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- 0.5 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill. Grill sausage on both sides, until it is cooked and browned for about 10 minutes each side. Oil onion and pepper with olive oil and sprinkle salt and black pepper. Grill onion and pepper until soft, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the sausage from the grill and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Arrange the onions from the grill, divide into rings and chop coarsely. Then remove the peppers from the grill and cut into strips with a thickness of 0.3 cm.
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Grease the dough with olive butter, salt and pepper and grill for 2-3 minutes or until golden color. Turn over and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Take off grill and lay on a flat surface.
- Divide the fountain cheese evenly over the four pizza basics. Spread sausage, onion and bell pepper on top. Put the pizza on grill, close the lid and fry until the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes. To bake in the oven, preheat the oven to 230 ° C. put pizza on baking sheets and bake until the cheese melts, about 5-10 minutes.
- Combine ricotta, olive oil and oregano in a small bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with vinaigrette dressing with basil.
