Grilled Pineapple Rings

Pineapple, as you know, is often part of the side dishes for meat or unsweetened salads, perfectly complementing with its juiciness and sweet sour tastes of other ingredients. Pineapple will be even tastier yourself in this capacity, if you previously fry it on the grill. Choose a ripe aromatic fruit, and following the instructions in this recipe, you can properly clean it and cut into neat rings. Cut the pineapple into rings (see Note). Lightly grease both sides of pineapple rings with vegetable oil. Toast by flipping one about 3 times until grilled marks appear on the grill minutes on each side.

How to chop and peel a pineapple: 1. Cut with a sharp with a cooker knife the top and bottom of the pineapple. 2. Place the pineapple upright and cut the peel along its bends. Remove any remaining hard brown spots or “eyes”. 3. Cut the peeled pineapple across into slices. Via remove a small round cut for cookies or a watermelon spoon with each circle the core.
