Grilled pineapple dessert with Nutella

Recipe preparation:

  1. Light the street grill to moderate heat. If you there is no street grill, you can use a grill pan heated on moderately high heat. Lubricate the grill with a little oil. Fry the pineapple rings for about 3 minutes on each side until formation of a golden crust. During this time, pineapples do not touch so that traces of the grill are imprinted on the cut.
  2. While the pineapples are fried, mix the mascarpone in a small bowl and vanilla extract.
