  • 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and a little more for lubrication
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 Art. ketchup
  • Special grease spray

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. In the kitchen chop the onion, celery and parsley, transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add ground beef, crackers, egg, 2 tsp. sauce Worcestershire, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste. Place the minced meat with your hands and divide into 4 parts, on each of which put a piece cheese. From each piece, form large oval cheese patties inside.
  2. Fold 2 large pieces of dense foil; coat the top layer special spray. Put the patties in the center of the foil sheet they are 1.2 cm apart, sprinkle with a special spray on top. Join the edges of the foil to form an envelope and tightly clamp the edges. Place the envelope on the grill with the seam down. Grill peppers peel down. Cover and bake for 10 minutes. Flip over peppers, grease with Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with salt, turn over the envelope. Continue cooking under the lid for another 8 minutes.
