Ingredients for the recipe:
- 10 lobsters (700-900 gr.)
- 450 gr softened butter
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 3 finely chopped shallots
- 2 tbsp. l chopped garlic
- Juice 3 Lemons
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 Art. fried macadamia nuts

Recipe preparation:
- Mix the butter with parsley, shallots, garlic, lemon, Worcester sauce, salt, pepper and macadamia nuts. Mix very well, form a sausage and wrap it in parchment. Put in the freezer for about 2 hours. When the oil harden, cut it in circles.
- Cut the lobster lengthwise into 2 halves and lay on the grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes. When the lobsters are ready, put mugs of butter with macadamia nuts on lobster meat and let it melt Grilled. Serve right away.
