- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 450 gr mixed minced beef, pork and veal
- 2 tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp. young spinach
- 1/3 Art. ricotta
- 1 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
- 6 tbsp. l grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 Art. sliced narrow stripes of fresh basil

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat roaster or oven with grill. Pour in wide a pot of 7.5 cm. salt water and bring to a boil. Add lasagna and cook until al dente, about 11 minutes., then shift to a cutting board and cut across into two parts.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add minced meat and fry, stirring, until browned. Add tomato sauce and pepper flakes, cook at low boil in within 5 minutes Add spinach and cook, stirring until leaves do not wilt, then add ricotta and bring to a gentle boil.
