Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 7 lasagna plates (approximately 120 g.)
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 450 gr mixed minced beef, pork and veal
  • 2 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp. young spinach
  • 1/3 Art. ricotta
  • 1 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
  • 6 tbsp. l grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 Art. sliced narrow stripes of fresh basil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat roaster or oven with grill. Pour in wide a pot of 7.5 cm. salt water and bring to a boil. Add lasagna and cook until al dente, about 11 minutes., then shift to a cutting board and cut across into two parts.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add minced meat and fry, stirring, until browned. Add tomato sauce and pepper flakes, cook at low boil in within 5 minutes Add spinach and cook, stirring until leaves do not wilt, then add ricotta and bring to a gentle boil. Salt and remove from the stove. Mix mozzarella with 4 tbsp in a bowl. l Parmesan
  3. Put on the bottom of a square baking dish (20 cm.) In one a layer of lasagna plate, slightly overlapping. To lay out on top half of the meat sauce and cheese mixture. Make another one a layer of lasagna plates, remaining meat sauce and cheese mixture. Cover with the remaining plates and sprinkle 2 tbsp. l Parmesan Pour a little olive oil over the lasagna and cook under the grill until golden brown, 3-5 minutes, until the surface will bubble. Sprinkle with basil on top.
