Grilled Jalapeno Peppers

Jalapenos are medium-sized chili peppers that are picked in green. It is appreciated for the sensation of warmth that occurs when it is eaten. Grilled jalapenos stuffed with a mixture of mozzarella with oregano and wrapped in a slice of bacon, perfect as snacks especially if you are planning an outdoor lunch воздухе.   • 1 tsp chopped oregano
  • 8 slices of smoked bacon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill, or grill pan on Cooker over high heat.
  2. Grill jalapenos on all sides until browned or until the pepper is bubbled and soft, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the cheese and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. To remove seeds from peppers, cut the stalks and then cut the jalapenos in length to the middle, carefully watching that so as not to cut the peppers completely into two halves. Peel off and using a spoon, carefully scrape out the seeds and skin. Fill out cavity of peppers 1 tbsp. l a mixture of cheese with oregano.
  5. Then wrap tightly with one slice of bacon stuffed jalapenos to condense cheese. Transfer to a hot grill (try putting the jalapenos on the grill on the side where you are bacon ends). Sauté until bacon is crispy and completely fry, 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
