Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr ready-made pizza dough, room temperature, split into two (pizza dough recipe see here)
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp. diced pineapple (about half pineapple)
- 1 bunch of green onions, cut 2.5 – 5 cm.
- 120 gr. thinly sliced ham
- 3/4 Art. coarsely grated white cheddar cheese (approximately 90 gr.)
- 3/4 Art. coarsely grated Munster cheese (approximately 90 gr.)

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat grill to medium temperature. Form each a piece of dough into a bowl. Grease two baking sheets with olive oil, place on each baking sheet on a piece of dough and roll in oil.
- Place a metal mesh with small holes on the grill (or a barbecue basket); grease with olive oil. Fry on the grid alternately first pineapples, then ham and green onions, additionally lubricating with oil.
- Form an oval of size 20 by 30 cm from each piece of dough. Gently place the dough on the grill and fry until golden color, about 5 minutes Flip cakes to sprinkle with cheese, put ham, green onion and pineapples. Continue frying pizza until the cheese has melted and the cake is not completely baked, about 6 minutes more. Transfer pizzas to a cutting board and cut into pieces.
