Grilled eggplant with yogurt and mint deep

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Peel the eggplant with a peeler and chop their slices a little more than a centimeter thick. Sprinkle generously slices with salt, put in a colander and leave for 30 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and shake water.
