Grilled dumplings and sausage

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 g boiled sausage, cut into 4 parts
  • 2 tablespoons whole mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp cup olive oil
  • 1 large onion, cut into 6 wedges
  • 450 g. Frozen dumplings with potatoes (not defrost)
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat grill to medium temperature. Fry sausage with each side for 8-10 minutes. Place on a baking sheet or dish.
  2. Stir mustard and vinegar in a large bowl, continuously stirring, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix until homogeneity.
  3. Stir onion and dumplings with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper, grill. Cover grill the lid, and cook the dumplings with onions, about 5 minutes. Turn over the dumplings and onions, continue to fry with the lid covered until readiness, approximately 4-6 minutes. Place on a baking sheet or dish.
  4. Cut the sausage into pieces to the size of the dumpling, and add to a bowl of mustard dressing. In a bowl with dressing add dumplings, chopped parsley, and coarsely chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper, mix. Arrange the sausage and dumplings in portions.
