- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp cup olive oil
- 1 large onion, cut into 6 wedges

- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat grill to medium temperature. Fry sausage with each side for 8-10 minutes. Place on a baking sheet or dish.
- Stir mustard and vinegar in a large bowl, continuously stirring, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix until homogeneity.
- Stir onion and dumplings with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper, grill. Cover grill the lid, and cook the dumplings with onions, about 5 minutes. - Cut the sausage into pieces to the size of the dumpling, and add to a bowl of mustard dressing. In a bowl with dressing add dumplings, chopped parsley, and coarsely chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper, mix. Arrange the sausage and dumplings in portions.
