- 8 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 slices of fresh basil, thinly sliced
- 1 small clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika (preferably smoked)
- 2 small radishes, thinly sliced
- Red wine vinegar to sprinkle
- 1 avocado, cut in half, peeled and pitted and sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced into thin rings
- 1/3 Art. crumbled blue cheese
- Chopped greens (basil, parsley and / or chives), for sprinkles

Recipe preparation:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until it is will become crispy in about 15 minutes. Put it on paper towels and cut in half.
- Boil soft-boiled eggs: in a saucepan over medium heat bring the water to a boil. Dip the eggs in water and cook exactly 6 minutes. In the meantime, fill the bowl with ice water. Via skimmers, transfer the eggs from the pan to ice water. Leave at least 5 minutes, then clean.
- Preheat the grill or griddle to moderately strong heat.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp. l olive oil tomatoes basil and garlic. Salt and pepper; mix.
- Head out the iceberg lettuce vertically. Sharp knife cut a piece 2.5 cm thick from the center (the thickest part) head out so you have a thick round disk. - In a small bowl, mix the remaining 2 tbsp. l olive oil and paprika, salt and pepper. Lubricate both sides of the salad steaks; grill for about 30 seconds on each side, to let the salad lightly brown.
- Put salad steak on each plate. Cut soft-boiled eggs in half and lay on top. Then put the avocado bacon, radish, onions and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with blue cheese and herbs on top, pepper.
