- 2-3 anchovies, rinse thoroughly and finely chop, optional ingredient
- 4-6 slices of ciabatta
- 6-8 medium very ripe hybrid tomatoes or juicy tomato varieties bovine heart, cut into slices

Recipe preparation:
- In a large bowl or bag with a clasp, mix 1 tbsp. olive oils, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, onions, green onions and lemon. Add pieces of chicken and roll it in the resulting marinade. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours.

- Remove the chicken and vegetables from the marinade and place in two baking sheets. Throw the marinade. - At this time, mix the remaining 1/4 tbsp. olive oil, parsley, vinegar and anchovies (if used).
