- 2 tbsp. frozen peas, blanched and dried
- 0.5 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. l chopped mint leaves
- 2 tbsp. l chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 jalapeno, fried or baked in the oven, chopped
- 1/4 Art. olive or canola oil
- 1 tbsp. l honey

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Mix in a small bowl honey and balsamic vinegar. Lubricate chicken breasts with on both sides with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Grill for 7-10 minutes on each side or until chicken browned and not completely fried. Lubricate with honey glaze in the last few minutes of frying.
