Barbecue Chicken marinated overnight with curry and lime juice.
The whole chicken is great for grilling, and rubbing with spices seasoned with curry powder gives it national color.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 whole chicken broiler without a ridge weighing 1.5 kg.
- Zest of one lime
- 1/4 – 1/2 tbsp. (30-50 g) curry seasonings
- 1/4 Art. chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. l salt
- 1 tbsp. l crushed black pepper
- Cooking Oil

Recipe preparation:
- Move the skin on the chest and legs. Rub the chicken meat under skin of lime peel. Mix curry seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper and grate the chicken. Place in a resealable plastic bag. Leave the chicken to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to a medium level. Grease the grill with vegetable with butter. Put the chicken on the grill skin down and fry until the skin will turn golden brown, about 15 min. Turn the chicken over cover and continue frying for about 25 minutes until it baked. Remove from the grill, cover with foil and let stand before serving.
