Recipe preparation:
- Mix in a bowl parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, shallots, black and pink peppers. Add olive oil, mix with herbs and spices. Leave 2 tbsp. l marinade for serving.
- Put the chicken thighs in a plastic bag with a clasp. Add the marinade and pickle the night in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium temperature.
- Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, wipe with paper towel and lay on the hot grill meaty side down. Fry on each side for 7-8 minutes. Pour the remaining 2 tbsp. l marinade and sprinkle with a little salt over the cereal. Serve with salad.
