Grilled chicken thighs in marinade

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. parsley leaves, chop
  • 8 large branches of thyme, chopped
  • 4 large sprigs of rosemary, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 small head of shallots, diced
  • 2 tbsp. l ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l ground pink pepper
  • 1.25 Art. olive oil
  • 8 chicken thighs with skin
  • Salt flakes for serving
  • Side dish salad

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix in a bowl parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, shallots, black and pink peppers. Add olive oil, mix with herbs and spices. Leave 2 tbsp. l marinade for serving.
  2. Put the chicken thighs in a plastic bag with a clasp. Add the marinade and pickle the night in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium temperature.
  4. Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, wipe with paper towel and lay on the hot grill meaty side down. Fry on each side for 7-8 minutes. Pour the remaining 2 tbsp. l marinade and sprinkle with a little salt over the cereal. Serve with salad.
