- 1/3 Art. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. l chili powder (mix of spices with chili recipe see here)
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 chicken thighs with skin (approximately 1 kg.)
- Vegetable oil
- 1.5 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 3 large tomatoes, cut each in half

Recipe preparation:
- Mix in a large bowl mayonnaise, chili powder, cayenne pepper and 1/2 tsp salt. Add chicken thighs and mix. Cover and marinate in a cold place for 2 hours or for nights.
- Preheat the grill to a moderate to moderate temperature. Grease grill grill with vegetable oil. Pour breadcrumbs into dish, then roll chicken thighs in them. Put the meat on the grill and fry until golden brown, for 20 – 25 minutes. from each side.
- Meanwhile, grease the tomatoes with vegetable oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Put the tomatoes flat side down on the grill and fry until marks appear for approximately 4 minutes. with each side. Serve with chicken thighs.
