Grilled chicken pizza

If chicken breasts beat off to flat layers, then they will become ideal basics for mini pizzas. Cover them with mozzarella slices, thin circles of tomatoes and grill to cheese melted. Miniature “Margarita” based on chicken breast ready! It remains only to sprinkle with fresh basil and red pepper. Such protein pizza, unlike flour pizza, will not leave you guilty feelings for excess calories eaten, but it turns out the same delicious. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 chicken breasts without skin and bones (approximately 200 gr. each)
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tbsp. pizza sauce
  • 220 gr thinly sliced mozzarella
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • Small fresh basil leaves for topping
  • Red pepper flakes, topping (optional)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Mix chicken with 1 tbsp. l olive oil. The flat side of the meat hammer or heavy discard each chicken breast between 2 sheets with a pan plastic film to a thickness of 0.5-1 cm. Lubricate the chicken on both parties remaining 1 tbsp. l olive oil, sprinkle oregano, salt and black pepper.
  2. Lubricate the grill rack with olive oil. Fry the chicken until readiness around the edges, about 3 minutes. Flip and Grease the surface of each breast is pizza sauce. Put slices on top mozzarella, then – circles of tomatoes. Cover and fry, until the chicken is ready and the cheese is slightly melted, 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken pizza from the grill. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, basil and red pepper.
