Ingredients for the recipe:
- 8 chicken thighs without skin and bones (about 140 g each)
- 4 feathers of green onions
- 1/4 Art. fresh dill
- 1/4 Art. fresh parsley
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- A pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, cut into 8 slices
- 1/2 tbsp. yogurt without filler

Recipe preparation:
- Cut the white and light green parts of the onion into about 5 spiers see, set aside. Grind the dark green pieces and place into the blender. Add dill, parsley, olive oil, 3 tbsp. l water and 1/2 tsp salt and mashed until smooth. Mix with flakes of red pepper.
