Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tsp grated or chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 Art. chopped red onions
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped green onion heads
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1/4 Art. fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. l lime zest
  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Puree all ingredients except chicken in a food processor. Put the marinade and chicken in a tight plastic bag, carefully mix and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
