- Fillet cut in half along.
- Add butter, soy sauce, honey and spices to the chicken. I do not salted, maybe I have enough salt from soy sauce.
- We leave to marinate for 1 hour, or better for night / day.
- A frying pan (it’s possible not to grill, but you can even do it on charcoal) warm up very well at maximum. Spread the chicken. Fry literally for 2-3 minutes on each side without reducing the fire. Do not overdry! The chicken is ready.
