Grilled Chicken Breasts with Cheese

  • 110 gr. thin sliced mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 3 tbsp. l grated parmesan cheese
  • Baguette 25 cm long.
  • Coarse salt
  • 2 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • A pinch of hot red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 Art. chopped green basil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut a piece 4 cm thick from the baguette and chop it into food processor. Add tomatoes and 1/4 tsp. salt and good chop, but so that the tomatoes do not turn into mashed potatoes. AT medium pan over medium heat, heat 1.5 tbsp. l olive oils. Add garlic to it and cook 1 minute until golden colors. Add pepper flakes and tomato mixture, bring to boiling. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  2. Meanwhile, grill to a moderately high temperature. Mix chicken with the remaining 1/2 tbsp. l olive oil, oregano and 1/4 tsp salt. Cut the remaining baguette along, and then across. You will get 4 pieces.
  3. Grill the bread with the slice down. Roast Chicken Breasts on the grill until fully cooked for 5 minutes on each side. For 2 minutes before cooking put the mozzarella on the meat and cover with a lid.
  4. Slices of bread with tomato sauce and sprinkle with half Parmesan Put chicken breast on top of each piece, top pour the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with basil and remaining Parmesan
