The composition of these burgers includes unusual beef patties stuffed with from cheddar cheese, which melts perfectly when grilled inside the stuffing. Each cutlet is prepared in a separate roll of foil, in which it is first steamed and then opened and brought to readiness. This is a great picnic solution. You you can form cutlets from minced meat and cheese at home, wrap them in foil and take with you on vacation. - 4 small sheets of Romano salad
- 4 slices of sweet onion
- 1 small ripe tomato, cut into 4 cups

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Form from minced meat 4 180 g each Press 4 small cubes of cheese into the center of each ball and form cutlets from them 1 cm thick, with a diameter 10 cm so that the cheese remains inside the minced meat. Sprinkle both sides cutlets evenly 1 tsp. salt and 0.5 tsp black pepper. Wrap up each cutlet in a piece of aluminum foil with non-stick coated by twisting the excess foil at each end so that the cutlet was wrapped in only one layer. Mix in a small bowl ketchup and worcester sauce.
- Grill meatballs for 5 minutes on each side. Take off grill and carefully unfold the foil packs to let off steam. Put the open parcels back on the grill, add a spoonful of sauce for each cutlet and continue cooking at least to medium frying cutlets so that the cheese inside is completely melted, another 4 to 6 minutes.
- Spread a little sauce on the lower half of each bun, put on a lettuce, a slice of onion and a mug of tomato. From above put on the cutlet, add another spoonful of the remaining sauce and cover with the remaining halves of the buns. Serve burgers with chips or french fries.
