- 100 gr. Mexican Chocolate with Cinnamon Chopped
- 0.5 tbsp. butter cream 33%
- 0.5 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 strong ripe bananas, peeled, chopped cross-on-cross into 4 parts
- Vanilla ice cream thawed for serving
- Sweet coconut flakes for serving

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate by adding cream. Stir continuously with a whisk until chocolate does not completely melt. Make sure that it does not burn. Then remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
- Preheat the street grill or grill pan to moderate high heat.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll bananas in a sugar mixture so that they are completely covered with it. Put grilled bananas flat side down. Cook for about 2 minutes from each side. Sugar must be caramelized.
- Put the bananas on the dish. Serve with Chocolate Sauce, sprinkled with coconut and vanilla ice cream with a scoop.
