Grilled bananas with chocolate sauce

Going on a picnic, do not forget to bring a bunch bananas for making a delicious and unusual dessert. Cut bananas along and fry on the wire rack. These bananas are much tastier raw, especially if the supermarket had only immature bundles. At home, a dessert of fried bananas can be made more refined by pouring them with warm chocolate and decorating with a ball мороженого. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 100 gr. Mexican Chocolate with Cinnamon Chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp. butter cream 33%
  • 0.5 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 strong ripe bananas, peeled, chopped cross-on-cross into 4 parts
  • Vanilla ice cream thawed for serving
  • Sweet coconut flakes for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate by adding cream. Stir continuously with a whisk until chocolate does not completely melt. Make sure that it does not burn. Then remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
  2. Preheat the street grill or grill pan to moderate high heat.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll bananas in a sugar mixture so that they are completely covered with it. Put grilled bananas flat side down. Cook for about 2 minutes from each side. Sugar must be caramelized.
  4. Put the bananas on the dish. Serve with Chocolate Sauce, sprinkled with coconut and vanilla ice cream with a scoop.
