Grilled accordion sweet potato

Hasselbeck potato appeared in 1953 thanks to the cooks Swedish restaurant Hasselbeken. Feature of the dish: before by baking, the tuber is cut into plates so that they remained connected.   • 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
  • Canola oil, for lubrication
  • 1/2 tbsp. dark rum

Recipe preparation:
