  1. Cut the tomatoes in half, onions into thin half rings, bell pepper and zucchini – longitudinally in small plates.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into pieces, divide the fennel into four parts.
  3. Salt all vegetables, grease with olive oil, put on the grill and fry on each side.
  4. Next, allow the vegetables to cool slightly and cut everything into cubes, except onions. Mix.
  5. Make a dressing of vinegar, salt, black pepper and olive oils. Add salad, mix again.
  6. Chop the basil, feta cheese – cut into small pieces.
  7. Garnish the salad with cheese and basil.
