- Cut the tomatoes in half, onions into thin half rings, bell pepper and zucchini – longitudinally in small plates.
- Cut the pumpkin into pieces, divide the fennel into four parts.
- Salt all vegetables, grease with olive oil, put on the grill and fry on each side.
