  1. Finely chop the onion, send it to the pan with the preheated oil.
  2. Fry until golden, add chopped mushrooms and prepare until the liquid evaporates.
  3. Rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, add 1 tsp. salt mix and leave until juice appears. We recline in a colander and get rid of excess fluid. Add zucchini in a pan for onions and mushrooms.
  4. Add lemon juice, seasonings, salt to taste, mix. Cover and let it simmer for about five minutes over high heat. Remove the lid, add the peas, reduce the heat to medium and cook under the lid for another five minutes until cooked.
