Great delicious vegetable side dish, just as tender and creamy, like mashed potatoes, but many times healthier and much easier for digestion. Great for meat, fish and poultry.

  1. Boil broccoli and cauliflower until soft (this is about 5 minutes after boiling).
  2. Drain the water. Add butter, milk and salt to vegetables. Puree with a blender or knead a crush.
  3. Boil the dumplings in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
  4. You can add peas immediately in mashed potatoes, or you can add it with serving. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
