- We mix young peas with salad mix.
- Peel grapefruit and orange from the peel and from the films and share into segments. Add citrus segments to the peas. From part squeeze the citrus juice into a separate bowl.
- Cut the avocado into halves and cut out the stone. Take off skin, and pulp cuts into thin slices and add to the salad.
