- First of all, we heat the pan on the stove with the addition of drops of vegetable oil. Wash the duck fillet and wipe napkin or paper towel. Fry for 5 minutes until golden crust over medium heat. We do not bring to full frying. Put the finished fillet on a warm plate and cover with a lid. Leave alone for 8 minutes. Then cut into slices.
- Cut the cucumber and red onion into half rings. We clean the avocado, remove the stone, and cut the flesh into medium cubes size.
- Cut strawberries into slices.
- In a deep container we combine honey, powdered sugar and balsamic vinegar. Add strawberry slices and mix. Leave alone for 10 minutes.
- Spread lettuce, red onion, cucumbers on a plate avocado and slices of filet.
- Top with ricotta crumbs, add strawberries and pour the dressing. We chop the nuts with a knife and sprinkle on the salad. Serve the salad in warm form.
