  1. First of all, we heat the pan on the stove with the addition of drops of vegetable oil. Wash the duck fillet and wipe napkin or paper towel. Fry for 5 minutes until golden crust over medium heat. We do not bring to full frying. Put the finished fillet on a warm plate and cover with a lid. Leave alone for 8 minutes. Then cut into slices.
  2. Cut the cucumber and red onion into half rings. We clean the avocado, remove the stone, and cut the flesh into medium cubes size.
  3. Cut strawberries into slices.
  4. In a deep container we combine honey, powdered sugar and balsamic vinegar. Add strawberry slices and mix. Leave alone for 10 minutes.
  5. Spread lettuce, red onion, cucumbers on a plate avocado and slices of filet.
  6. Top with ricotta crumbs, add strawberries and pour the dressing. We chop the nuts with a knife and sprinkle on the salad. Serve the salad in warm form.
