  1. Put walnuts, pumpkin seeds in a blender bowl, flax seeds, sunflower seeds. Grind everything in pulse mode crumbly.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, olive oil, vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper. Add turmeric and tkhina, mix well. Watering water (2-3 tbsp. l.), so that the dressing was of medium density.
  3. Boil the peas until cooked for about 5 minutes. Recline in a colander and doused with cold water.
  4. Lettuce leaves tear hands on medium pieces. Cut cucumbers into thin slices.
  5. Mix cucumber with lettuce and peas, water dressing and sprinkle with nut crumbs. We crumble on top of feta and serve.
