- Put walnuts, pumpkin seeds in a blender bowl, flax seeds, sunflower seeds. Grind everything in pulse mode crumbly.

- In a bowl, mix honey, olive oil, vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper. Add turmeric and tkhina, mix well. Watering water (2-3 tbsp. l.), so that the dressing was of medium density.
- Boil the peas until cooked for about 5 minutes. Recline in a colander and doused with cold water.

- Lettuce leaves tear hands on medium pieces. Cut cucumbers into thin slices.
- Mix cucumber with lettuce and peas, water dressing and sprinkle with nut crumbs. We crumble on top of feta and serve.
