  1. Rinse the spinach and boil in a small amount of water for 10 minutes. Drain the water. Turn the spinach in a meat grinder or chop in blender.
  2. Grate the goat cheese on a fine grater. Add tomato paste and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Sift flour into a bowl. Add salt and turmeric. Drive in an egg. Spinach. Pour in a spoonful of oil. Knead the dough. Cover food film and let stand for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough into two thin layers. The first layer to draw on same squares. Put a ball in the center of each square toppings. Cover with a second layer of dough. Blind layers between stuffing. Slice square ravioli.
