  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. Green quinoa salad
  2. Pour quinoa with cold water, put on medium heat and cook after boiling for about 15 minutes over low heat. Quinoa recline in a colander, drain all excess fluid.
  3. My tomatoes and cut into slices. We wash lettuce leaves, dry and tear with your hands into small pieces.
  4. Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden.
  5. Dice the avocado.
  6. Mix avocados, tomatoes, lettuce and quinoa.
