- 450 gr sugar peas, remove streaks
- 120 gr. peas, remove the veins and cut into thin stripes
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 medium shallots, chopped into shallots sliced
- 1/4 Art. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 Art. chopped pitted dates
- Coarse salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp peanut butter

Recipe preparation:
- In a large pan, bring salted water to a boil. Fill a large bowl with water and ice. Toss in boiling water peeled peas and cook for 1 min.
- Add sugar peas and continue cooking for 2 minutes, then add green peas and cook for another 30 seconds. Drain and submerge peas in ice water. Put the peas in a sieve and give drain water.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add Onion – shallots and fry until soft, about 2 minutes. Add walnuts, dates and cayenne pepper, continue to frying, until until nuts are a little browned, about 1 more min
- Transfer the peas to a sieve and drain the excess water, then add to the pan with nuts. Add 1 tsp. salt and warm in 3 to 5 minutes Add peanut butter and mix.
