  1. Boil bones with peas and vegetables in water for 2 hours. Decoction strain through a colander. Green pea soup
  2. In butter, brown the flour until light brown.
  3. Add finely chopped parsley to it.
  4. Refill with strained pea-meat broth, to salt.
  5. Bring to a boil and introduce vermicelli, boil 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add sweetened cream and mashed egg yolk.
