  1. In a large pan you need to put the lamb, pour 3.5 liters water.
  2. Bring meat to a boil, remove foam from the surface of the water.
  3. Add onions and carrots to the liquid. Boil the broth over low heat hour and a half.
  4. Allow the broth to cool and put it in the refrigerator for the night.
  5. Strain the broth and put it on the fire again.
  6. In a separate plate, you need to remove the meat from the bones and cut into medium pieces.
  7. Soak rice in cold water, and finely chop the onion.
  8. Pour the onion into the boiled broth, and after 5 minutes – rice. Cook the soup for 10 minutes.
  9. Add meat, salt and spices to our soup. Introduce the tkemali sauce.
  10. Cut the greens, chop the pepper and garlic. Add everything to the kharcho and remove the soup from the heat.
