Cocktail
- 90 ml. green fresh recipe follows
- 60 ml. gina
- 15 ml syrup
- Cucumber slice for decoration
Green fresh
- 1-2 large juicy lemons, peel and core
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple, peel and remove core
- 2 sheets of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 large cucumber, wash
- 1 tbsp. spinach or kale cabbage
Syrup
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar

Recipe preparation:
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine green juice, gin and syrup. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Syrup: in bring to a boil 1 tbsp. water with sugar. When the sugar is completely dissolved, remove the stewpan from the heat and cool syrup to room temperature. Keep covered in a refrigerator. Do not more than 1 month.
- Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
