- 4 large leaves of kale, washed and cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves (and some more for decoration)
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint leaves
- 1/3 Art. coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. l grape seed oil
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 lime juice, plus slices for decoration
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 (5 cm.) Slice of freshly peeled and chopped ginger
- 1/2 Serrano Ground Chili

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix cilantro, mint, coconut milk, 2 tbsp. l water, 1 tbsp. l butter, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, ginger, pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt in the kitchen harvester. Grind until the mass is smooth, then move it into a small bowl.
