- Green buckwheat seedlings are washed under running cold water.
- My bell pepper and cut into small pieces. Stem Celery is also washed and cut into pieces.
- Dry and chop almonds, mix in a bowl with seedlings and vegetables.
- Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Chop the flesh into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice and add to the salad.
