  1. Boil beef meat in salted water. Remove the foam and continue to cook. Finely chop 1 onion, add to the meat and cook another 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into strips and add to the pan, cook 10 minutes.
  3. Chop green onion, add it and mix. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Cut the sorrel, toss it into the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Cooking: fry finely chop 1 onion and fry in butter until golden brown.
  6. Add frying to the pan. Finely chop dill, toss into the pot. Bring to a boil and turn off.
  7. Boil eggs in salted water. Add to the plate of borscht 1 tablespoon sour cream and diced egg.
